All orders are sent in discreet plain brown envelopes or boxes. The "Condomania" name will not appear on the outside of your package. We do not sell or trade our mailing and email lists with any other organizations, nor do we send unsolicited (spam/junk) mail. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of the time of your order from our Los Angeles location, unless items are back ordered. Products that are out of stock will shipped separately. No additional shipping fees apply for back ordered items.



Please note that Condomania does not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. For example, an overnight package processed on Friday afternoon after our 2pm PST deadline will not be shipped until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Also note that we only have standard overnight through Fedex & that Saturday delivery must be arranged on an individual basis per order. If you have any questions about Saturday delivery through Fedex contact our customer service manager.

Our shipping calculator (Click to Estimate.) will provide the shipping rates and methods available for your order based on the contents of your shopping bag. If the contents of your bag change, your shipping fees may also change.

The following services are available:

• FIRST CLASS U.S. MAIL (4 - 8 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: may take up to 15 business days, please contact your local office if you experience a delay in routing.
• STANDARD U.S. MAIL (5 - 10 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: may take up to 15 business days, please contact your local office if you experience a delay in routing.
• PRIORITY U.S. MAIL (3 - 5 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE) Note: This class of package comes with a tracking number although its use depends on whether your local Post Office supports this service. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any specific questions pertaining to this.
• FEDEX - U.S. HOME DELIVERY (2 - 6 BUSINESS DAYS) Note: This service is trackable and requires that you provide a street address (no PO Box) and telephone number.
• FEDEX - U.S. 3 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE Note: This service is trackable and requires that you provide a street address (no PO Box) and telephone number.
• FEDEX - U.S. 2 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE Note: This service is trackable and requires that you provide a street address (no PO Box) and telephone number.
• FEDEX - U.S. NEXT BUSINESS DAY OVERNIGHT Note: This service is trackable and requires that you provide a street address (no PO Box) and telephone number.
• FEDEX - U.S. NEXT DAY SATURDAY DELIVERY Note: This service is trackable and requires that you provide a street address (no PO Box) and telephone number. This shipping option is only available through special arrangement. You must place your order choosing an existing shipping method and then contact our customer service manager in order to arrange this special shipping option.
• INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL (1 - 3 WEEKS)
• FEDEX INTERNATIONAL AIR (5 - 6 BUSINESS DAYS)
  Please note returns or cancelled orders using FEDEX INTERNATIONAL AIR will incur a $50 - $100 restocking fee depending on the size of the order and the country involved. Please coordinate this with our customer service department if you wish to cancel or return an order of this type.

• Please note: Expected delivery time is based on the date your package leaves our shipping facility, not when the order was originally placed online (Please note our hours are 9am to 5pm PST M-F). USPS standard and priority mail are not guaranteed services, tracking inforation is limited to priority mail. If you know your order has already shipped, you may wish to contact your local post office.
• Condoms, like many consumer products, are not intended to withstand extreme heat or cold. Although Condomania exerts every effort to meet the needs of our customers for shipping choices we cannot prevent your package from being left out in the weather or left in public places. If you live in an area of extreme weather or if the location where your mail is delivered is in insecure then it is incumbent upon you to have your package mailed in a more secure method such as FedEx rather than rely upon the normal postal delviery methods.

While we work to provide the best service at the lowest price, we do not personally deliver packages. If you have specific delivery instructions or questions about a particular delivery method, please contact the carrier for the service you have chosen before you place an order.

• All International orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, be aware that for heavier or more bulky orders Condomania reserves the right to impose higher fees to cover any extra postage or fees we incur fulfilling your order. All international orders above 2 lbs can be expected to carry additional fees based on your location.
• We often get queries from customers asking if we can understate or, in some fashion, leave out of custom declarations on international orders the true value of the order. Unfortunately we cannot do that. It is against the law.
• Condomania ships to most countries in the world. There are exceptions though. Yugoslavia, Nigeria, Ghana, Russia, Vietnam, South Korea, Pakistan & Iraq are countries to which we do not normally ship. If political concerns in your country make international shipping difficult chances are we will not be able to get a package through to you. If you are concerned about whether or not we will be able to ship to you simply drop our Customer Service Manager a note and ask.

Please be aware that if your country has a poor postal system you might be better off specifically requesting courier service. We try to work with our customers to find the shipping option which best suits their location, needs, and pocketbook. If you have any specific questions concerning international shipping charges drop our resident expert a line and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within hours.

Individual country's customs agency may hold the package for inspection, and/or taxes. You should receive notification from your local customs office of the packages whereabouts and/or any duties or taxes, which you will be responsible to pay for all countries outside of the U.S., Condomania has no way of knowing any of these details either in advance of your order or after it has arrived in your country. Please note we cannot ship food products to some overseas locations (most notably Australia), and some countries have very specific requirements for the shipment of sexual health products such as condoms.

Condomania is not responsible for meeting the shipping requirements of any individual country. The customer must be well informed of local rules and regulations and contact us about meeting the requirements for any specific order to be shipped internationally.
