Returns & ExchangesQ. I am not happy with the items I purchased from Condomania. Can I return them?
A. Condomania wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make with us. If you
are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return
the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund of
the product price. Unfortunately due to some abuse of our policy we now charge a 15% restocking fee to returns. Please note we do not refund shipping & handling charges on returns.
 To process your return: - Contact Condomania's customer service manager, , and detail your reasons for the return, your invoice number, the sku of the item to be returned, and any other pertinent information to the return or exchange. Kink will coordinate your return or exchange authorization.
- Please include a copy of your invoice in your returned package.
- Send the package via U.S. Mail.

Once we receive and process your return, your credit
card will be refunded. - Should you require a replacement product, please contact
Condomania Customer Care at 1-800-9CONDOM (323.969.0102) and we
will process a new order for the replacement product and charge
your credit card when the order is shipped. If you are returning
an item, once we receive the item, we will process your return and
credit your charge card.
- Please note that once a package has been "lost" in the mail it
can take up to 30 days (or more if it is an international order)
to be returned to Condomania. If you return the package by simply
writing "Return to Sender" on one of our un-opened packages then
may also take several weeks to arrive at Condomania. Unless an
adequate amount of time has passed we will not be able to return
your funds.
- When requesting a refund on your credit card it is always very
helpful, and will expedite your request, if you would fax us a
copy of your credit card statement (with all other transactions
except for Condomania's blacked out) so that we may have the
reference numbers associated with the transaction. Please fax this
to us at 323.969.0119 and then follow up with an email to customer service.
- Credit card returns take a few days to process, here's a break down of what you can expect:
- Condomania returns funds to your account. Please note that refunds must be handled before 2pm PST else they will be logged as part of the next days transactions.
- Within 2 business days the amount refunded should be available to your bank. If you contact your bank administrator at this point your bank can find the money has been refunded but
will not yet be in your bank account.
- Usually within 5-7 working days after Condomania has
refunded your money to your credit card it will show up as
available to you in your
account.
