Q. I'm having trouble downloading and printing the Fit Kit.
A. Since we are not sure of your computer/printer specs, there are 2 different versions of the Fit Kit
at Condomania.com. Once you follow the Fit Kit Download Links (depending on how you answer the questions about your
Computer/Printer) it takes you to either the Microsoft Word (.doc) version of the Download or an Adobe Acrobat
(.pdf) version. When the Fit Kit prints, the distance on the Length Measure between the "Begin" line and the
first line (line between J & A) should be ~80mm (~3.159 inches). If it is not, you may have to calibrate your
printer using our printer adjustment chart. If you still have trouble, we will be happy to mail you a
Fit Kit free of charge.
Q. I'm in-between size [X] and size [Y]. What should I do?
A. When using the Fit Kit, it's better to favor a little longer than shorter and a little bigger
on the width. As for the length, it's ok to have some of the latex rolled up at the base. In regards to the
width, if you do find that you need it a little more snug after trying the condom on, you can adjust your next
purchase accordingly. We have found that over 90% of users reported that they had at least a good fit on their
first try (over 50% reported the fit was ideal). You can always start with just a 3-pack, and then purchase
12-packs once you find your ideal size.
Q. You don't have my size. What should I do?
A. First, let us know what size you are, so we can consider adding that as a possible future selection.
We launched the line with 55 sizes, have since extended it to 70 sizes, and have every intention of expanding
the line further up to 95 sizes. So all the feedback you can give us is most appreciated.
Then use the arrows shown on our Fit Kit chart to help you determine the best available size. We suggest that
you begin with the width you require. For example, if you find that you are longer than the longest available
size for your width, try the longest available. If you find that you are shorter than the shortest available
for your width, it's ok to have some extra latex rolled up at the base. We have found that over 90% of users
reported that they had at least a good fit on their first try (over 50% reported the fit was ideal). You can
always start with just a 3-pack, and then purchase 12-packs once you find your ideal size.
Q. Could send me some information on the reliability/testing of your custom fit condoms. I want to make
sure that they have the same reliability as other name-brand condoms.
A. TheyFit condoms are FDA approved and manufactured by a world-class condom company that been a pioneer
in the industry since the 1920s. In 2005 Consumer Reports included the TheyFit line of condoms as part of its
condom evaluations and the condom rated among the top.
Q. Are TheyFit condoms available with spermicide?
A. There are no plans to begin offering TheyFit with spermicide. In May 2002, the CDC recommended that
consumers no longer purchase condoms with N-9. In June 2002, the World Health Organization concurred, stating
"There is no evidence that N-9 lubricated condoms provide any additional protection against pregnancy or STIs
compared with condoms lubricated with other products. Since adverse effects due to the addition of N-9 to
condoms cannot be excluded, such condoms should no longer be promoted." As a general rule Condomania suggests
avoiding using condoms which come with a spermicidal lubricant.
Q. I have a store and I'd like to carry TheyFit Condoms.
A. At this time, TheyFit Condoms are available exclusively at Condomania.com.
Q. I'd like to purchase larger quantities of TheyFit Condoms for my health center, clinic, etc.
A. Although we don't offer full wholesale discounts on TheyFit Condoms, like we do for most other condoms at
Condomania.com, please email Kevin@condomania.com to discuss any applicable discounts.
